CLICK HERE to view our COMPLETE list of our PEACH VARIETIES. We grow over a dozen early/mid/late season varieties, ripening from late July through mid September.

Our peach orchard has over 12 varieties ripening from late July through mid-September; including REDHAVEN, DESIREE, PAUL FRIDAYS, and more. Yellow flesh peaches are great for canning, eating fresh, baking, and more. We also grow several white flesh low-acid peaches, which are great for fresh eating & salads.

Sweet, juicy, Michigan-grown, tree-ripened peaches harvested at the peak of ripeness have an incredible flavor that an imported supermarket peach (picked while still green to be shipped halfway around the world) just can’t compete with.

Feel free to bring your own containers to pick into, but we also sell pick-your-own heavy-duty clear plastic 1/2 bushel size liner bags & can lend you wood half-bushel baskets to borrow while you pick at the farm:
– U-pick 1/2 BUSHEL SIZE CLEAR PLASTIC LINER BAGS: $1 each.
– U-pick PECK SIZE PAPER BAGS: .50 cents each.

PICK YOUR OWN peaches is a fun late summer family activity. Our orchard has smaller dwarf trees, making it fast & easy to pick fruit with no ladders required! All ages are welcome in the orchard, and taste testing is encouraged while you pick. REMINDER: No pets allowed in the pick your own patch or orchards.

Feel free to bring your own containers to pick in to. We also have handy pick-your-own clear plastic peach bags and baskets for sale at the orchard. Rainy/stormy weather can affect picking conditions, so it’s always a good idea to call ahead (616) 527-3630 to check pick-your-own conditions in the orchard before you come out.

PICK YOUR OWN PEACHES is also available by special appointment during peach harvest season. Please call (616) 527-3630 to arrange an appointment outside of our scheduled hours once peach season starts in late July.

We’ve grown peaches on our family farm for more than half-century. Peaches are a delicate, challenging crop in Michigan, susceptible to hard winter freezes and late spring frosts. We can’t guarantee a crop every year due to unpredictable spring freeze events, but 2021 yielded a great crop.

PICK YOUR OWN ORCHARD: Please be aware and careful as you walk through the orchard for branches and fallen fruit on the ground. You may also bring your own ladder (but you would assume all risk, should you do so). Always use care when walking in the orchard & fields, recognizing that there may be debris on the ground or uneven surfaces. (FYI: We do not assume responsibility for any injury arising out of a condition of the soil, trees, crops growing from it, and are not responsible for these conditions).
